THE 2025 ADVENT CALENDAR (pre-order)
24 days of ADVENT
Natural dyed - rooted in nature!
Count down to Christmas with a truly special advent calendar filled with 24 mini skeins (10g) of beautifully natural dyed yarn.
Each day reveals a new color and every single shade is a quiet ecco of plants, leaves and flowers.
Most of the plants I pick by hand in the heather, by the sea or in my home area in Jutland. I carefully dye the yarn and wind the skeins in my tiny dye studio. While making the calendar I follow the cycle of nature and the proces runs from spring during summer and autumn.
The yarn base is soft, lustrous and full of character!
A lovely gotland/merino base produced at the danish spinning mill Hjelholt Uldspinderi.
The base is called Dansk Pelsuld 8/2 - a 2ply fingering weight yarn (400m/100g).
